We got SCREWED by Magnussen's Auburn Toyota. Don't let it happen to you. A Certification Checklist signed by Service Manager Vic Corona is absolutely worthless. We had to take our Toyota back to be Re-Certified because they failed to do do more than 40% of the 128 point inspection!!!!!!! They still didn't do it right. We had offered to let them try a third time only to be treated like yesterdays garbage. They made me wait for four hours while the Manager Tony Toohey was on his way to deal with my problems. Of Course he never showed. The Owner of the Magnussen's Dealership Group Bernie Magnussen continues to ignore my complaints.

Toyota Customer Service NO HELP!!!!!!!!

Trying to get Toyota's Customer Service to help was an exercise in futility. They Claim to have NO-Responsibility for the Certified Used Vehicle Program. Toyota Motor Sales is absolutely worthless when attempting to get the problem resolved through them.

BBB LIED!!!!

The Better Business Bureau is in Bed with Auto Dealers. They LIED to me about hearing the case as a Certified Used Vehicle but changed to the Lemon Law which applies to New Vehicles at the hearing. They were a Complete WASTE OF TIME & EFFORT!!!!!

DMV Drops the Ball

The DMV investigative unit obviously doesn't investigate anything. They closed my claim without ever talking to me. They made one call to the Dealership and all was fine. Another complete waste of TIME & EFFORT!!!!!
